Francoise and Eric Pernoud started Maison de Provence as a homeware shop in 2005, before moving and adding a tearoom. Identical triplet boys made their surprise ‘entry’ to the world and Maison had to take a year off before it came back to Cooroy as Maison de Provence-Noosa Hinterland.
The breakfast menu includes buttery croissants, sourdough baguettes and pain aux raisins, while fresh baguette sandwiches made on demand and the chef’s selection are among the lunch options. Everything is baked on premises and French music and giftwares surround you to make you think you are in France. Lunch bookings are advised. A bientot!
