Brett is your passionate host, escorting small groups of guests to the Atherton Tablelands on a tour of epicurean delights that has its participants reaching for the superlatives. The day includes stop-offs at Tjapukai Aboriginal cultural park, De Bruey’s Tropical Winery, Mount Uncle Distillery, Coffee Works, Emerald Creek Ice Creamery and cheeses at the ‘Platypus Hut’, where you may even spot one of these elusive water creatures.
The tour runs from 9am to 5.30pm and operates for five days from June to October and three days from November to May. With the alcohol involved, it’s an adults-only affair, and all tastings and lunch are included in the cost.
